Shipping Information

Shipping Method

At this time, we only offer standard expedited shipping via Canada Post.

Standard Expedited Shipping   2 - 5 business days


Processing times are additional to the shipping time and can take anywhere from 3-5 business days**. Any orders received after 12PM EST will be processed the next business day.

*Delays from Canada Post may occur outside of our control. You will be given a tracking number upon order confirmation.

 **Due to higher than anticipated order volumes, processing times have been extended to 7-10 business days. Note that a Canada Post tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience as we work as quickly as possible. For additional support on order inquiries, please email us at feedback@chatime.com and include your order number in the subject line. 


Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping is determined by the weight and dimensions of your order in which they are packaged. The shipping cost will be automatically determined upon checkout.  


Orders outside Canada

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Canada. Orders that are placed with a shipping address outside Canada will be automatically cancelled.

Exchange & Returns Policy 

Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests only for the “Chatime with BT21 Long Crew” and the Chatime x Peace Collective T-shirt items, subject to size availability.

You may request for an exchange within 20 calendar days from your order date. Please reach out to us at feedback@chatime.com for any exchange request with the subject line "Exchange Request/Your Order ID".

Please note that the original packaging, receipt and/or packing slip must be presented and is required for all exchanges. We accept exchange requests only if the item is in new condition with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for the additional return mailing cost.


Return Policy:

All orders are non-refundable. We do not accept any returns.


Order Cancellations:

If you would like to inquire about making changes to or cancelling your order, you can contact us at feedback@chatime.com. Include your order number in the email subject line, “Order Modification/Your Order ID”. Orders can not be cancelled if the order has already been processed, packed or fulfilled.


Order Modification/Change to Address:

If you require changes to any information on your order, please email us at feedback@chatime.com with the email subject line “Order Modification/Your Order ID” as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes. Chatime is not responsible for any additional shipping charges resulting from misgiven information.
